Due to the nature of our products, all frozen food sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any perishable or frozen food items, even if refused or returned to sender. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive your order upon delivery. Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be altered or cancelled for any reason.
